[Health Week] Prepare yourself for dinner ~ A soup and dish experience that takes care of your intestines ~

Why not reset your daily habit of overeating or unbalanced eating with a simple meal consisting of one soup and one dish and pamper your mind and body?
This program focuses not only on "what to eat" but also on "how to eat." Participants will experience eating habits that will improve their intestinal health under the guidance of Kyoko Nakamura, a Tateshina-based local produce cooking expert.
This program teaches you how to prepare your daily meals by incorporating mindfulness and concentrating on "chewing," which allows you to feel full even when eating small meals and experience flavors you normally wouldn't notice.
