[Health Week] Find out your trends for the week with wearable devices!

If you feel that you need to change something for your health, why not start by understanding your own condition? Through digital device measurements and lifestyle records over a five-day period, we will report on the activity of your autonomic nervous system, the quality of your sleep, the amount of exercise, and more.
After the measurement, you will receive personalized feedback including analysis by an expert, giving you the opportunity to change your daily behavior.
This is recommended for those who do not yet own a smartwatch or who are not making full use of it.
