The deadline for the September 18th, 2026 (Friday) entry is September 15th, 2026 (Tuesday) at 13:00. The deadline for the Saturday, September 19, 2026 is Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 13:00. The deadline for the Saturday, October 10, 2026 is Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 13:00. The deadline for the Saturday, October 17, 2026 is Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 13:00.

* First come, first served. Please note that registration will close once capacity is reached. * Only one application per person is allowed. The applicant will act as the representative and purchase tickets for the number of participants at once. (Ticket purchases: up to 3 per person) *For paid workshops, please complete payment when you apply.
