This casual pasta class for adults allows you to enjoy wine while making handmade pasta. While enjoying wine, you will make pici (thick handmade pasta) and taste it together with Lampada's special tomato sauce. We hope you will have a fun time enjoying lively conversation while savoring the wide variety of wines Lampada has to offer and light snacks with prosciutto!
We will also provide you with takeaway sauces (frozen) and recipes for the homemade pici and tomato sauce that you made on the day. Even if you are new to cooking, please feel free to join us.
<Notes> *Cooking will begin at 14:00, and the food will be served from 15:30 (subject to change). *On the day, we will provide wine and water as drinks. Please note that no other drinks will be available. *The pasta made by everyone will be cooked by the instructor and enjoyed on the day. *The sauce will be provided frozen for take-out. If you have an insulated bag or ice packs, please bring them with you. *Children are welcome to accompany you, but they are not allowed to participate in cooking.
