- I'm Nomura, the manager of Toranomon Hills store! Starting June 23rd, I'll be spending three months in Europe (France, the UK, and Italy), training under a cheese ager and visiting various wine and cheese producers! I wanted to share with you all what I saw and experienced there, so I organized this event! I'll be absorbing a lot and returning more mature, so please look forward to it!

He worked as a maître d'hôtel at Les Saisons in the Imperial Hotel. After leaving the company in 2022, he joined LAMMAS. After serving as manager of the main store, he is currently the manager of Toranomon Hills store.
