- Jules Mons, the new President and CEO of MONS, a leading French cheese aging company, will be visiting Japan. He will be importing aged cheeses from France that he himself has worked on. This is a special tasting event where you can enjoy 15 different unique cheeses at once while listening to explanations from Jules Mons himself.
Through the words of Jules Mons, you can enjoy the profound world of MONS's aging process, learning about the land where the cheese originated, the background of the producer, and the changes in aroma and flavor that are brought out through maturation.
