■ Part 1 (Seminar) When choosing wine, you often see country names such as "France," "Italy," and "Chile," but have you ever wondered what the differences are? In fact, the "climate" and "characteristics of the land" of each country are clearly reflected in the taste of the wine. For example, in sunny Chile, the wine has a juicy, fruity taste, while in cool Germany, the wine has a delicate, beautiful acidity. There is a glass of wine that makes you feel like you can even feel the air and scenery of the land. In the world of wine, this is called "terroir." This time, we have prepared a session where you can learn while experiencing the "differences in terroir by country." If you can find your "favorite country of taste," choosing wine in the future will be even more fun! Please take this opportunity to enjoy a wine experience that feels like traveling the world.
■ Part 2 (Food Menu) Teppanyaki Ringo ・Cheese made from soy milk served with honey baguette ・Okonomiyaki with pork and egg
Flour + water ・Beef cutlet with Japanese pepper and red wine sauce ・Carpaccio (small)
