Relaxing your body creates the power to hit the ball further - did you know this "new common sense"? This workshop breaks away from conventional golf theory and reconstructs how you use your body, starting from your feet. By using the Pilates method to align your axis and release unnecessary tension, you can efficiently maximize your performance. The feeling of relaxing and stabilizing at the same time is truly eye-opening. Why not try experiencing how to use your body to "swing the ball flexibly" rather than relying on force in 45 minutes?
*The workshop is 30 minutes long (if you wish, you can check your swing in the remaining 15 minutes)

* Only one application per person.
