We at Alchemy are a completely plant-based restaurant from Bali, Indonesia. We serve food that is kind to the body and the earth, without using any animal products, chemical seasonings, or refined sugar. This time, we will create an opportunity to think about the diet that builds our bodies through making energy balls, which are unheated sweets made from natural ingredients such as nuts and dried fruits, and provide a fun time to learn about health and environmental issues.
