This is a workshop where you can experience making rice balls and deepen your knowledge about rice and cooking.
The "Five Star Rice Meister" will explain rice and rice-related knowledge in the form of a quiz, and certify you as a "Junior Rice Meister." In the rice ball making experience, you will make two rice balls while being explained how to cook rice and how to make rice balls. You can eat the finished rice balls on the spot. Why not deepen your knowledge of rice, the staple food of Japan?
