Delimo was founded in Akasaka in 2013. The concept is "Patisserie created by a chocolatier." Chocolate, which is commonplace in Europe, was still a luxury item in Japan at the time. We want to share this delicious food with everyone. We started Delimo with the sincere desire to make it easier for people to enjoy real chocolate. Experience making a parfait while Delimo's owner chef, Kazuaki Eguchi, introduces us to the work he does every day as a pastry chef. We will give you a sense of what a pastry chef's job is and expand your options for the future.

・Please refrain from using this product if you have allergies.
・Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・You will be asked to eat one of the parfaits you have made on the spot. Please note that each person is limited to one parfait.
・There will be no hand washing facilities at the special venue. Although we will have alcohol-based disinfectants available, please be sure to wash your hands thoroughly before joining the event.
