[Additional recruitment/first come, first served] Eat, prepare and learn! Are there really "unutilized fish"?

Menu contents
"Unused fish" have been seen on the news recently. They are marine products that have no value due to factors such as uneven numbers and sizes, or low recognition, but perhaps they are left "unused" for human convenience? Come and try some of these "unused" marine products, and learn about their appeal and the challenges they pose in a fun way. Fishermen will also be making an appearance!
