The "Neapolitan Pizza Technique" was registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2017, and is a craftsmanship in which the dough is carefully stretched one by one and baked in an oven. Our restaurant carefully makes these Neapolitan pizzas one by one every day and serves them to our customers. Experience making a Margherita pizza by stretching the dough with your hands, spreading the sauce on it, and topping it with ingredients.

Remarks
・Your clothes and shoes may get dirty from flour, oil, and water in the kitchen, so please bring an apron or wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
・We cannot accommodate allergies (wheat, eggs) or food that you do not like.
・As this will be an experience that takes place in a kitchen, please make sure your child is accompanied by a parent or guardian on the day to ensure safety.
・As this is an experience class held in a kitchen, we may refuse your participation if you do not follow the instructions of the staff in charge of the class.
・Registration is available from 15 minutes before the start time on the day.
