[Additional Applications/First Come, First Served] Make a Colorful Skull with Mexicans and Experience Mexican Obon!

This year's event was a big hit last year, and it will be held again! During Mexican Obon, the city is decorated with colorful parades and parties. Come and experience Mexican Obon together by making the famous colorful skull with the Mexican people! At the event, you will paint a skull mold and create your own original skull. The craft will be supervised by Ms. Chizuko Osato, a plastic arts artist with ties to Mexico. The language used will be Japanese. Don't worry, the Mexicans who will be participating can also speak Japanese.
