We, "Dashionokume", are a Japanese food store directly managed by a fishery wholesaler (fishmonger) founded in 1871. Why not learn about dashi and dried foods, compare different dashi samples, and try making your own original dashi pack by blending dashi powder? You can take home the dashi pack you made and enjoy it at home.
