A fun class for parents and children to make delicious pickled vegetables

Menu contents: You will be taught by the rice bran pickle specialty store "Nakaya". Parents and children can learn about Japanese traditions at the rice bran pickle experience class at Azabudai Hills Market! You will learn how to pickle using Milky Queen rice bran, and a souvenir rice bran bed is included to enjoy at home. Maintenance support after the experience is also provided. On the day, you can also enjoy harvesting summer vegetables in the outdoor "vegetable garden".

・If you have an eco-bag to carry your rice bran home, please bring it with you.

Remarks: ・Photos taken on the day may be published in the media. If you do not wish to use the photos, please inform the staff.
・During the vegetable garden harvesting experience, you will be walking on the soil and touching vegetables, so please wear clothes and footwear that you don't mind getting dirty.
・The vegetable garden is outdoors. Please take measures against the heat such as bringing water, a hat, and a parasol.
・Harvesting in the vegetable garden may be canceled due to bad weather or the growing conditions of the vegetables.
・To get to the vegetable garden, you will need to take stairs. Please note that there is no elevator.
You can take home about 2 kg of matured rice bran bed that can be used that day, as well as basic rice bran pickles to make on the day.
