This workshop will allow you to experience making rice balls and deepen your knowledge about rice and cooked rice. A "Five Star Rice Meister" will explain rice and cooked rice knowledge in the form of a quiz, and you will make two rice balls during the experience. You can eat the finished rice balls on the spot. Why not deepen your knowledge about rice, the staple food of Japan? A souvenir of rice ball rice made by Sumidaya is included.
