Parent-child sports mental training course

Menu contents
In order to achieve results in the real thing, what is really needed is "how to prepare your mind." Daily efforts will bear fruit when you can demonstrate your strength at the last minute. In this course, parents and children can experience and learn the mental training practiced by top athletes.
This applies not only to sports, but to all kinds of anxiety and uncertainty, such as "I get nervous during the actual event" or "I don't know what to say to my child as a parent." Let's turn these kinds of anxieties and doubts into "certainty" using scientific methods.

Main contents:
・The brain and mind mechanisms that bring out the best in athletes
How to deal with tension and pressure
・How parents can make a difference!
・Practice: breathing techniques/positive timeout/pre-game routines, etc.
