This workshop will take place at the plant-based restaurant ALCHEMY, where you can make your own original energy balls using the nuts, dried fruits, cacao, and other ingredients that are actually used in the restaurant's sweets. Through making energy balls, we provide an opportunity to think about the diet that builds our bodies and provide a fun time to learn about health and environmental issues.
