There are three ways to eat Hitsumabushi. 1. First, enjoy the taste of the grilled eel as is. 2. Enjoy the flavor with condiments 3. Add more dashi and enjoy as ochazuke. There may be some people from the Kanto region or overseas who are not familiar with these, so we would like you to actually experience the changes in taste of the three types while listening to the lecture.
