Design Engineering in Everyday Life -Let's Make Egg Packages!!-

Menu contents
Using paper, scissors, glue, etc., you will think about and create ways to move and store eggs without cracking them. The lecturer is Masami Takahashi (CEO of MASAMI DESIGN / Visiting Professor at Toyohashi University of Technology / Visiting Professor at iU), a designer who appears in elementary school textbooks, who says, "Design engineering is a study of creating relationships between things and people, as well as peace of mind, safety, and happiness, so it's probably good for children to be exposed to it at an early age." For many years, Masami Takahashi has called the perspective of connecting fields and the comprehensive perspective that includes solving social problems "design," so please enjoy this encounter with design and engineering and a rich learning experience.
