UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage Neapolitan Pizza Making Workshop

Menu contents: The "Neapolitan Pizza Technique" was registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2017, and is a craftsmanship in which the dough is carefully stretched one by one and baked in an oven. Our restaurant carefully makes these Neapolitan pizzas one by one every day and serves them to our customers. Please experience making a Margherita pizza by touching the dough, spreading the sauce, and topping it with ingredients. You can eat the pizza you made on the spot.

Date and time: ①Monday, July 28th 15:30-16:30
2) July 29th (Tue) 15:30-16:30

Things to prepare: Wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty (your clothes and shoes may get dirty from flour, oil, and water in the kitchen)

Remarks: ・We cannot accommodate allergies (wheat, eggs) or food that you do not like.
・As this will be an experience that takes place in a kitchen, please make sure your child is accompanied by a parent or guardian on the day to ensure safety.
・As this will be an experience class held in a kitchen, you may be refused participation if you do not follow the instructions of the staff in charge of the class.
・On the day of the event, you can register from 15 minutes before the start time. If you do not arrive more than 5 minutes after the start time, your reservation may be automatically cancelled.
