A class on taste will be held by a chef from Grand Hyatt Tokyo French Kitchen. You will learn about the four basic tastes, such as sweet and sour, as well as the fifth taste, umami, and the joy of eating and cooking. After the class, you can enjoy a lunch buffet at the French Kitchen, so please try eating while keeping in mind the tastes you have learned about.
