Experience a mock trial

Menu contents
[For 5th to 6th graders]
Children will experience a mock trial (criminal case) under the guidance of a lawyer. This event aims to encourage children to think about the structure and role of courts, as well as concepts such as law and justice, and will help develop their "power of thought."
[For junior high school students]
Under the guidance of a lawyer, you will experience a mock trial (criminal) and independently organize questioning procedures and legal arguments from the positions of a judge, prosecutor, and defense attorney.
In addition to learning about the procedures and flow of criminal cases, we hope that by actually thinking for yourself and taking part in questioning, this program will provide an opportunity for you to think about legal thinking and the importance of considering things from different perspectives.
