Hills House Sky Room Salon offers a buffet-style menu of a wide variety of dishes and desserts produced by Kiyomi Mikuni that can be enjoyed by adults and children alike. The menu includes local Hokkaido ingredients and Japanese dishes such as "Masumi Shrimp Curry", "Spring Flower Chirashi Sushi", traditional French cuisine such as Norwegian Salmon Bon Femme Style (lunch) and Edomae Suzuki Whole Pie (dinner), as well as seasonal specials such as "Grilled Corn" and "Whole Watermelon Summer Fruit Punch", as well as a chocolate fountain and other dishes that can be enjoyed by adults and children alike, and free-flowing alcoholic drinks are available.
