When it comes to wine, it brings to mind a world of deep knowledge and learning about places of origin, varieties, production methods, etc.
This workshop is perfect for those who aren't very familiar with wine and are wondering if they'll be able to enjoy it.
Intert Wine KM Yamajin's sommelier has selected six types of wine (sparkling, white, and red) that pair well with home cooking and prepared foods. These wines are perfect for everyday use as well as for small parties.
By casually comparing these wines with side dishes, you can enjoy an enlightening experience, such as "Actually, this wine goes well with this side dish!" or "I thought white wine went well with fish, but actually!"
From the "hints" we've found together, try to find out what wine will bring out the best in your favorite dishes and foods, and what dishes and foods go well with your favorite wines.
Make it your own "my recipe" and enjoy wine.

*On the day of the event, you will have the opportunity to sample six types of wine (sparkling, white, and red).
*Simple snacks will be provided to complement the wines you will be sampling.

・As alcohol will be served, please refrain from coming to the venue by car, motorbike, bicycle, etc.
