[Ogawa Coffee Laboratory Azabudai] Coffee Class - Creating Your Own Original Blend Through Cupping Experience
We're holding a workshop for those who want to deepen their coffee life by enjoying their favorite cup of coffee at home or at work.
In this workshop, we will teach you how to create your own original blend while understanding the unique characteristics of each coffee.

In the first half of the workshop, we will introduce the differences between blends and single origins and the techniques for creating blends.
You will have the opportunity to sample 11 different single-origin coffees in a cupping format.
Please experience the joy of focusing on the subtle differences in concentrated aromas and flavors.

In the second half, you will actually create your own original blend of coffee.
Once you've found your favorite beans through cupping, you can get advice from the barista.
We designed the blending ratio to achieve the ideal flavor.
You can experience everything from selecting the beans and determining the ratios to actually mixing the beans.

You can take home the custom-blended coffee you create. (The beans will be handed over to you already blended.)
Take it home and enjoy the taste of your one-of-a-kind "original blend" coffee.

*Cupping...Coffee is brewed under specific conditions, and its aroma and flavor are tasted.
*You can take home 100g of the finished original blend coffee beans.
