[Fior di Maso] Enjoy Italian Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Enjoy Parmigiano-Reggiano, the king of Italian cheeses, to the fullest!!

This workshop begins with a brief introduction to the basics of natural cheeses, followed by a lesson on the history and production methods of Parmigiano-Reggiano, often called the king of Italian cheeses. Participants will witness firsthand the traditional process of cutting a whole Parmigiano-Reggiano, weighing approximately 40 kg, using a special knife, and will also have the opportunity to try cutting a portion of it themselves.

In addition, we plan to offer a pairing experience with a freshly opened, aromatic Parmigiano Reggiano, paired with a red wine from the same region, and a dish of seasonal Italian white asparagus generously topped with grated Parmigiano Reggiano. We will also introduce some delicious recipes that our staff recommend and that you can easily recreate at home, such as tuiles (cheese crackers).

The fresh aroma of a freshly opened bottle of Parmigiano-Reggiano is exceptional, so I would love to share that moment with all of you participants! Ciao!
              
*Please note that the menu may change depending on the availability of white asparagus.
*The white asparagus dish will be served with an egg-based sauce.
