
[Fresh Cheese Studio] Enjoy fresh Japanese cheese with a special course dinner
Fresh Cheese Studio, a freshly made cheese brand that promotes the appeal of dairy farming and domestic dairy products with the message "Freshly made, happiness," will be offering a special course dinner where you can enjoy fresh Japanese cheese.
The fresh cheese made by Fresh Cheese Studio is made using milk from Tokachi, Hokkaido, and is carefully crafted by artisans in a workshop in Fukasawa, Setagaya Ward, to preserve the delicious flavor of fresh raw milk, with a freshly made, chewy texture and the gentle sweetness of the milk.
On the day, this fresh cheese will be used, and the course will include a mix of fresh cheeses, from freshly made warm mozzarella to burrata that captures the flavors unique to this season, all of which have been created by Chef Ogino just for this day.
A member of the Fresh Cheese Studio will explain how their special fresh cheese is made, and we hope you will enjoy the fresh cheese along with a course dinner prepared by Chef Ogino.

*This course will include complimentary after-meal coffee. Red and white wine and champagne will be available on the day for an additional fee. All wines and champagnes will be selected from Hokkaido, and will be paired perfectly with fresh cheese from Tokachi, Hokkaido.
