[Fresh Cheese Studio] Mozzarella-making experience class learning about cheese ingredients What is "cheese ingredient"?
This workshop will allow participants to learn about the lives of cows and raw milk through the experience of making mozzarella, while also learning about the ingredients used to make cheese sold around the world. The instructor is a cheesemaker from FRESH CHEESE STUDIO, a freshly made cheese brand that promotes the appeal of dairy farming and domestic dairy products with the message, "Freshly made, happiness."
Our fresh cheeses are made using fresh milk from Tokachi, Hokkaido, and are carefully handcrafted one by one by artisans in our Setagaya, Tokyo workshop.Tokachi burrata and mozzarella have a chewy texture and the gentle sweetness of milk that you can enjoy.
In the workshop, children will have the opportunity to make artisanal mozzarella using a simple method, and by eating the warm, freshly made mozzarella, they will be able to experience the fresh milk from Tokachi, Hokkaido, and the chewy texture that only freshly made mozzarella can offer. They will also learn about the milk and cows that are the raw materials behind it.
Why not take this opportunity to learn more about cheese?
*This workshop will not involve making mozzarella cheese from milk, but will involve shaping pre-made curd (the base block of mozzarella cheese).
*We will give you one Tokachi Burrata as a souvenir.
We are committed to "the deliciousness of fresh milk," and our pride and joy, Tokachi Burrata, is a rich and creamy fresh cheese that can be enjoyed even after thawing thanks to our unique freezing technology. Each piece is handmade from raw milk in Tokachi, Hokkaido. Customers can also purchase it on the day.
