[Souza Azabudai Shun] Make a cherry blossom viewing bento for parents and children

[Souzai Azabudai Shun] From the history of "bento" to how to arrange your bento to look delicious, tips for making side dishes that are delicious even when cold, etc.
This workshop allows parents and children to make bento boxes, focusing on presentation, while Shun shares his bento boxing know-how that he keeps in mind on a daily basis.
The chef will also demonstrate how to roll the rolled omelet, allowing you to see the artisan's skills right before your eyes.
The theme for this event is "Cherry Blossom Viewing Bento." Enjoy making a colorful bento lunch with your children while enjoying the warmth of the cherry blossoms.

*Participating parents and children will each be asked to prepare one lunch box.
*There will be very little cooking involved in this workshop, and the focus will be on arranging the food into bento boxes.
*Children or parents cannot participate alone.
*The main dishes in the bento are fried chicken and rolled omelet (you can choose your favorite sauce for the fried chicken to create your own original arrangement!)
*We will have two types of bento boxes available on the day: oval and rectangular, so please choose one type per person on the day.
*You can also choose your favorite side dish from about 10 different options.
