[Fior di Maso] Fior di Maso Restaurant - Local cuisine from the Puglia region
We are holding a dining event where everyone can learn and enjoy Fior di Maso prosciutto, cheese, and Italian cuisine in a relaxed and fun atmosphere!
This time, Italian chef Semeraro, who runs the Italian restaurant "Pitticone" near Nishi-Oyama Station, will be introducing and serving local cuisine from the Puglia region! We will also be offering around five types of red and white Puglia wine so that you can enjoy the food paired with the local wines!
Why not experience Italian culture in an aperitif mood while enjoying local cheese-filled dishes and wine? Come with an empty stomach! Ciao!
*This will be a standing buffet style, and guests will be able to enjoy prosciutto, cheese, pasta, Puglian meat rolls called "Bombette," and dessert.
