[SABOE TOKYO] How to enjoy Japanese tea - Sencha
In Japan, there are many types of tea, such as gyokuro, sencha, and roasted tea. Japanese tea changes in many ways not only depending on the type of tea leaves, but also on the brewing method.
In addition, SABOE TOKYO stores offer approximately 10 types of blended teas that explore the possibilities of Japanese tea.
This time, we will focus on "sencha" (green tea), after allowing you to experience the charm of Japanese tea, which can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, including through tasting.
We will brew Sencha using specially selected tea utensils, learning not only the characteristics and flavor of the tea, but also how to make it taste even better.
We will also have sweets that go well with tea, so even those who are not familiar with Japanese tea are welcome to join us.
