<Learning about the terroir of Italian cheese>
Italy is broadly divided into northern, central, and southern regions, and with the cooperation of the wine shop "Intertwin KM Yamajin" at Azabudai Hills Market, we will be pairing six types of Italian cheese with each cheese. This workshop will allow you to learn about the characteristics of each region of Italy (climate, topography, etc.) and experience the terroir that is created through the synergy between cheese and wine.
*We will be offering six types of cheese and six glasses of wine to pair with each cheese.
