Workshop for kids: Make your own chopsticks and learn how to hold them

Workshop for kids: Make your own chopsticks and learn how to hold them

Why not try painting your chopsticks and creating your very own one-of-a-kind chopsticks?
We will be inviting a teacher from the Japan Chopstick Culture Association to hold a chopstick-making workshop.
Chopsticks are an essential part of eating Japanese food. "Why do you have to hold chopsticks correctly?" "You can still eat rice even if you don't hold them correctly." We will answer such questions about chopsticks, as well as answer questions such as whether you are using the chopsticks correctly, even though you use them every day without thinking about it. We will think about and explain these questions through chopsticks.
Come learn, experience and enjoy making chopsticks!

*When making chopsticks, you will use pens to draw and color them. Please consider your favorite colors and patterns beforehand.
Please note that there are limitations to the pen colors, so it may be difficult to produce the design exactly as you have imagined.
*The chopsticks you make on the day will be finished by a craftsman. Please note that they will be delivered to you by mail in about 40 days.
