The cheese made at Yoshida Farm is known for its excellent taste.
It has fascinated many famous chefs across the country, and is now difficult for the general public to obtain.
It's also famous for what it says.
The Yoshida Farm's president, Mr. Yoshida, demonstrated how to make mozzarella cheese.
We will hold a workshop where you can learn about the cheese production process in an enjoyable way.
Tastings will also be available, so come watch, listen, eat and learn about cheese making!
*Participants can take home a souvenir of mozzarella cheese.
