
[Ogawa Coffee Laboratory Azabudai] Coffee and cheese, a fascinating pairing.
This is an event where you can pair coffee with Comté, a representative aged hard cheese from France.
Miyuki Murase, vice president of the Japan Cheese Art Fromager Association, who won first place at the 2013 World Fromager Cheese Expert Competition held in France, and Toshiko Yoshikawa, the 2013 World Latte Art Champion and chief barista at Ogawa Coffee, will be taking the stage. They will explain the basics of Comté and coffee, including how it is produced and tips for brewing it at home.
Afterwards, you can enjoy comparing different aged Comte cheeses and pairing them with coffee.
