We will be hosting a maker's dinner where you can enjoy a special course from Nonotori Gencho, which values cooperation with the producing areas and serves chicken dishes made with local and brand-name chicken, paired with recommended sake from Akika Sake Brewery, which focuses on pesticide-free rice cultivation and produces only pure rice sake made from rice, koji, and water! On the day, we will be inviting Akika Sake Brewery's brewer, Kotaro Oku, to introduce brands that are coveted by sake fans and enjoy Nonotori's delicate skewer dishes.
